What counts as your login
MelBet does not use a username in the traditional sense. Depending on how you registered, your login is one of these:
- Account ID — a numeric code the system generated. If you used one-click registration, this is what you have. It appeared on screen once and was in the credentials file you were prompted to save.
- Phone number — in full international format including the India country code.
- Email address — the exact one you registered with.

Signing in
Password recovery
Use the "Forgot password?" link in the login area. Recovery goes to whichever channel is attached to the account — SMS to your registered India number, or a reset link by email. The link expires, so use it as soon as it arrives rather than coming back later.
If neither channel is attached, or you no longer have access to the number, the reset flow cannot help you. That is a support case. They will ask for identity documents and details of your recent deposits to confirm the account is genuinely yours.

When the site will not open
